FAQ's

Welcome to PESTech’s FAQ page! As a family-owned business specializing in Public Health pest control since 2003, we’re here to provide answers to common questions about our residential services, treatment options, and scheduling. We understand that every homeowner has a unique threshold for pests, and we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out to us!

Is it safe?

All pesticides go through a rigorous EPA process – averaging three years - to ensure safety and environmental suitability.

Is it okay to be present while you’re spraying?

It is not necessary to leave the premises. Give your technician room to work and avoid contacting treated surfaces until dry.

When should I spray again?

This depends on your individual threshold for bugs. Seasonal treatments may be adequate for those with a moderate threshold; bi-monthly works well for those with a lower threshold.

Is it okay for cats and dogs?

Our four-legged friends are known for walking through everything and licking their paws. However, there is no mammalian toxicity from the diluted spray solution once dry.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Never. Your individual threshold for pests and the uniqueness of your residence should dictate when treatment is necessary, not a piece of paper.

Why don’t I smell anything?

Vast research and development, over decades, have delivered important materials with amazing safety profiles, that are odorless and dry clear. It’s a feature; not a glitch.
